• Knoydart House Studio Room is a two night minimum stay.  £170 per night 2025 for two guests based on a two night stay. Extended stay rates available low season for longer stays. Max occupancy 2 adults. Please kindly note we do book up a bit ahead so dates in red show current booked dates and dates in green are available. Thank you.

• Studio Room can be configured as a luxury superking or twin room on request.
• Cot available on request for Children under 2.
• One well behaved pet welcome on request, £10 per night capped at a max of £40 for the duration of your stay.
• Deposit inclusive of VAT secures your booking Knoydart House Studio Room 30% of your total stay for 2025 bookings, the balance (i.e full rental cost is required 8 weeks prior to arrival).
• Full Terms and Conditions must be read, understood and agreed prior to booking. Thank You.
• Please ensure you have proper holiday insurance at time of booking and before arrival.
