On an elevated outlook in the village of Inverie, Knoydart House Studio Room, your luxury accommodation for 2, overlooks Loch Nevis (Gaelic for ‘heaven’), 5 minutes from the pier, the village and The Old Forge (mainland Britain’s remotest pub). It’s a stunning setting with three munros at our shoulders and yet semi secluded in under half an acre of private woodland.

South facing by design Knoydart House Studio Room is bathed in sunlight with views across and over to the loch from the bedroom. The woodland has Scots pine, silver birch, large copper beeches with carpets of wildflowers, monbresia, wild Knoydart wood sorrel, blackberries, raspberries and mushrooms.  Enjoyable year round in all seasons.

You may find your wraparound decking is visited by curious roe deer, stags, hinds, pine martins and other woodland foragers. It’s perfect for relaxing with an alfresco coffee first thing, watching an eagle glide overhead, an otter return from its morning dip or a boat slip out across the bay. At dusk enjoy the night sky and have a nightcap in the giant hot tub while catching up on the day’s events.
